In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), we explain how we process your personal data.

What data we process and why
- Contact: if you write to us, we process your name, email and message in order to reply. Legal basis: your consent and our legitimate interest in responding (Art. 6(1)(a) and (f) GDPR).
- Collaborators, members and volunteers: contact details to organise activities and events. Legal basis: your relationship with the association (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Charity raffles: name and email to assign and send your numbers and notify winners. Legal basis: your participation (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Donations: made through Kukumiku, which is the controller for payment data. The association only receives the donor's name or alias and the amount, to say thank you and report on funds.
- Images of activities: we publish photos and videos of our activities to share the project. Legal basis: the consent of the people shown or, for children under 14, of their parents or guardians (Art. 7 LOPDGDD). You can withdraw it at any time.
- Browsing: this website uses no analytics or advertising tools. The server logs technical data (IP address, date and page) for security. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
How long we keep it
For as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and, afterwards, for the periods required by law. Server logs are kept for a maximum of 12 months.
Who we share it with
We do not share data with third parties unless legally required. We use processors to run the service: our web hosting provider and Google (email). Donation data is processed by Kukumiku as an independent controller.
International transfers
Google's email service may involve transfers to the United States, covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw consent, by writing to projectlangutela@gmail.com. If you feel your request has not been handled properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Children
We do not collect data from children under 14 without the consent of their parents or guardians.
Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data: encrypted connection (HTTPS), restricted access and backups.
